Q  Do you work with both small and large firms?


A  Yes, we welcome instructions from the spectrum of those that may benefit from our services. We encourage all our clients to get to know us and we do our best to understand our clients needs and the way they work.

Q  Do you handle publicly funded work?

A  Yes , and our fees are rarely assessed downwards.
Q  Can your agents attend Court?

A  All agents are vetted and can and will attend Court if needed

Q   How do you charge?

 We provide a wide range of services and whilst we have fixed fees for some services we are flexible. Please contact us on the telephone number shown on the website.
For those instructing us on the first occasion we often discount the cost to you as we know you will be back!
Q  Do you provide refunds or credits if unsucessful?

A  Yes, we want satisfied clients. If you or those instructing have a genuine grievance we will return any fees or apply credit to your account.
Q  We often have problems with affidavits from other enquiry agents. Are you any different?


A Yes, only 0.1% of affidavits or statements of truth are returned by our clients or the Court Service.

All affidavits are checked by the agent, manager and principal.

Q  Are there situations in which you will not act?


A  Yes.

Where there is a conflict of interest.

Where there is a distinct possibility of the law being infringed, for instance surveillance/following becoming close to stalking.

Q  Do you charge VAT?


A  We charge where legally required to do so.
